“Half baked tech”

it has a lot of features that come with the dongle. Especially the wear detection and mute and unmute alerts, etc.

Cons

There is an audio delay of 1 sec or more with the dongle. Irrespective of what you do, you can't escape that. I contacted Poly support and they are wise enough to send me a dongle replacement. But that did not really help. If you use Bluetooth mode, it just works great. But none of the features will work Bluetooth headset like wear detection, auto mute and unmute, mute button on the headset, etc. So buy it if you want good audio and voice quality. unlike other Bluetooth headsets, this headset does not loose quality even on Telephony audio codec in Windows. Overall, it's a lot of money that you spend for the tech that you can't use effectively.
