Login from your registered mobile number in SparkTG portal.
Logout the agent from portal.
Select agent management option from top menu.
Go to Skill management.
Select the agent
Add row and assign skill level (Priority).
Click on save button and login the agent from dashboard.


Q. How do I send sms from dashboard?


Login from your registered mobile number in SparkTG portal.
Click on send sms button.
Write your sms and click send.


Q. How do I see customers waiting in queue?


Login from your registered mobile number in SparkTG portal.
Customers waiting in queue can be viewed from middle right of dashboard.


Q. How do I make a call from dashboard ?


Login from your registered mobile number in SparkTG portal.
Click on make call button as shown.
Update customer number here if you want to change number.
