“the service quality is poor, and the support process is frustrating”
I've been a client of FitGym Software for several years and currently use two of their software products. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer support has been consistently disappointing. Whenever we raise a request, the sales representative, fails to connect us with the technical support team. We're told that clients are not allowed to speak directly with technicians, which makes issue resolution unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.
They also shown a lack of professionalism in communication. I've had multiple arguments with her due to her arrogant attitude and unwillingness to listen or collaborate constructively. As business owners, we expect respectful and solution-focused communication, but sadly, this has not been our experience with FitGym Software.
Pros :
Overall, the service quality is poor, and the support process is frustrating. I hope the company re-evaluates their customer service approach and ensures their staff are better trained in handling client interactions.
Cons :
Based on our ongoing experience with FitGym Software, it is clear that while the software may serve its functional purpose, the lack of professional and responsive customer support severely impacts overall satisfaction. For a company serving business owners, direct and respectful communication, along with timely technical support, should be a priority. Without improvement in these areas, continued association with FitGym Software becomes increasingly difficult to justify.
