“Traqade has made gym management very easy!”

Pros : 1. Unlimited SMS & Email 2. Value for money 3. Simple and easy to use. 4. Daily reports 5. Can see all my gym branches on the same system. 6. Free data migration - this was really helpful

“Very user-friendly solution. No hassle in onboarding”

Pros : Easy to learn, user friendly, has most of the required features for a fitness studio. Finalised this software after going through various other CRM solutions. Very economical for the services that they offer. Performance of the software is quite satisfying.

Cons : Generally, any enhancement request takes longer time to get resolved. Integration to Biometric system took longer than expected. On-site support would help to resolve things faster. Lead to Member conversion has some limitations, can be improved. Reporting can be better.

“Best service and prompt customer care available when ever in need”

Pros : Product features are good and even a non-technical person can use. The dashboard looks fine and have many options of reports. I must say, the price is also very competitive compared to other software that we have used earlier.

Cons : Expecting more advanced features. Reports are landing in email and it will be easy if they can be downloaded directly.

Pros : Easy to learn, user friendly, has most of the features required features of a fitness studio application. Finalised this software after doing thorough research on various other CRM solutions present in the market. Performance of the product is satisfactory and it is economical too.
