“Better guest satisfaction—but double-booking scares linger”

We moved from multiple PMS to Guesty and our guest ratings improved noticeably—our review scores climbed 5 stars. Still, our worst fear, double bookings, can happen when sync hiccups occur with VRBO. We’ve learned to monitor carefully.
