“Provakil is the best!”

Pros : Reliable court updates, easy to use interface. Excellent litigation management software. Super helpful to keep track of court dates and order and client invoicing.

Cons : Not much, maybe some more AI features.

I’m not a tech-person, but I found Provakil approachable for basic ops. The more sophisticated features (custom reports, spend dashboards) required some ramp-up.

Pros : The dashboard is intuitive—seeing contract/ litigation status, spending, external counsels in one place is great.

Cons : More advanced analytics and custom report building took extra setup time; our team required training.

Reason to switch : I left the simpler tool because as we grew, our demands outpaced it. Provakil offered more features, even if it meant some training.

“Improved Visibility and Accountability, But Occasional UI Bugs”

We used to rely on emails and Excel to track counsel workload and costs. With Provakil I have dashboards showing that. However, sometimes when many users access the same dashboard things slow down.

Pros : I now know which counsels were working on which cases, track external cost, deadlines—visibility is much better.

Cons : Occasionally I encountered UI glitches (screens freeze, filters behave oddly) especially during high-volume periods. Some user reviews mention the vendor is smaller and still iterating features.
