Pros : This learning tool has been a great help for my corporate learning activities. It's easy to use and very convenient, and it always provides me with personalized recommended content every day.

Cons : The mobile view of the platform could be better. Downloading the content for offline use in case of network issues should be there.

Reason to switch : Its content recommendation based on my activities is very relevant. It helps me create a learning path and way forward for myself.

Pros : So far, my experience with the Skills Caravan learning platform has been good! I've managed to learn the ropes of the system and the representatives have been extremely responsive and always willing to help me out with learning more about the system as well as its content.

“The Customer support experience is very good.”

Pros : Skills Caravan's learning platform is extremely helpful for learning admins like me. Not only does it provide accurate progress tracking and reporting, but the courses are also designed in a very organized way. I really like the course navigations, skills benchmark, and learning journeys it provides. It's also mobile-friendly which is great because I can access it from anywhere.

Cons : No issues faced till now. Chatbots could be introduced for enhancing the learner experience.

Reason to switch : The Analytics feature is a plus point

“Easily accessible on any device. Creating a playlist or saving a video is a plus.”

Pros : Skills Caravan is the best way to keep track of all learning experiences in one place. Whether it be bookmarking a video from a course or creating a playlist, it is easy to save any relevant content for reference. Also, I have been able to access it from anywhere with a decent internet connection.

Cons : Not all courses have completion certificates.

“Good Learning & Development Software for Hybrid Learning”

Pros : It helped our company to connect our learning process - LMS content with eLearning and Live/Classroom Training. The system allowed us to create our workflows with our own content and elibrary - the platform has been extremely useful and meets our expectations. The customer service team is very helpful .

Cons : The integration was good, as it was already integrated with our HRMS, however they can add more Industry specific and Indian Content

Reason to switch : It has automated our Leaning & Development process in our company. The customers service is very good, they helped us to create our company workflow -our internal content with elibrary

Pros : I use the Skills Caravan learning experience platform for online learning. I found the interface to be user-friendly, and I appreciate the dashboard. Being able to learn at my own pace is great, and I can access my training from any device. I also love how the platform lets me share content with my teammates, so we can collaborate and improve our learning experiences together.

Cons : There is a scope for improvement in the mobile platform

Reason to switch : In addition to the other features, Collaborative learning is definitely a plus. The Customer Support is polite and responsive.
