“Great API, But Transactions Take Approval”
Integrating Spring Edge’s SMS API was a breeze—we used PHP and Java with no headache. But our order confirmations got held up due to template rejection, which delayed customer notifications. You have to factor in extra time for approvals.
Pros : Clear, developer-friendly REST/SOAP/SMPP APIs
Cons : Template approval system can block urgent transactional messages

“Transparent Pricing, No Surprises”
We only pay for the SMS we send, around ?0.15 per SMS, which scales down for big volumes. I appreciate no monthly lock-ins or surprise bills. But it’s annoying to email for pricing instead of seeing tiered rates online.

“Reliable Uptime with No Errors”
Our SMS server has never thrown an error in daily and weekly blasts—excellent reliability. But it would be great to see link click tracking or open rates—right now it's just delivery counts.

“Promotional Campaigns Rock, History Doesn’t”
For promos like festival discounts, I blast 50K messages in minutes. It’s powerful. But I wish past campaigns (and messages) were saved for easy reuse—I can’t replicate last month’s template without digging through logs.

“Voice Broadcasting Works, WhatsApp on the Way”
When we needed to run voice reminders ("Your bill is due"), Spring Edge handled it smoothly. We set up basic IVR too. We hope to migrate to WhatsApp notifications soon as they roll that out properly.
