Users with registered businesses can purchase goods from merchants on the platform to satisfy their business needs. Users are not permitted to utilize any products acquired through the platform for resale, advertising, business, or further distribution.

For each purchase made, users will receive a Tax Invoice (or 'GST invoice') that includes specific details such as:
- the GSTIN of the user associated with their registered business, and
- the specified Entity Name for their business.

“Order placement is so easy”

Pros : Kartrocket comes with a single view window that the customer support team of techjockey informed and explained to me. It allowed me to declutter my orders into multiple lists as per my requirement. This is truly amazing!

Cons : I think the quality of service offered by the sales personnel needs improvision. Additionally, the software lacks some basic features that are must for any eCommerce portal

“Good Inventory Management”

Pros : This software has solved all my issues related to inventory management for my business. It is fitted with a scalable system that shows the daily updates on the flow of inventory and generates compiled reports providing insightful analysis on the inventory of my business.

Cons : The software has single backend access, which is a bit disappointing. Also, the sales representatives are very laidback. I think with a little more positive attitude from the salespersons and the subsequent update of the software, it can become a great one.
