“It is recommendable for a wide range for businesses.”

Pros : We have been using Astral POS for a little over two years and our first impression of it was that it is very good. It hasn’t changed to this day. Functionally, it is very user friendly and has a simple UI design.

Cons : Astral POS does not have a very good CRM feature. So, we have to depend on other means to generate discount offers.

Reason to switch : It wasn’t really cut for out for our operations. We needed a highly functioning inventory management system and Astral POS gave us that.

“Recommended for All Business Owners”

Pros : Astral POS is a perfect fit for warehousing businesses. Really good fit for us. Our stock management has system and we have accrued more customers since we deployed Astral POS.

Cons : The multi-currency tab rounds the total very often which is not a very good thing when you are dealing in Forex.

Reason to switch : It wasn’t very pocket-friendly for us. Plus, Astral POS gives us better scalability at a lower price range.

Pros : I never knew there were so many different software systems out there, or where to start when I was looking for a system for my small company to use. Then found Astral POS.

“Takes less-time to learn this software!”

Pros : It takes us a very small amount of time to teach how to use it to new users. It is also web-based which makes it usable in any circumstances and locations.

“Highly recommended software for Inventory Tracking System”

Pros : We were looking for an advanced inventory management system. And we found it in Astral POS software. It tracks our stock flow so efficiently that we have rarely ever missed a mark. Our stock updating time has improved at a noticeable scale. It also has an easy-to-use interface which helps us operate at a higher pace. Our strategies for stock management have improved.

Cons : An ERP system can be included for better inventory planning and back-end warehouse organization. But that is not a criticism as much as a suggestion.

Reason to switch : It was buggy and glitchy. It did not work well for us.

“The alert feature is great as it notifies us when commodities go low”

Pros : It sends alert when commodities are low, so we restock in due time. Another great aspect of Astral POS is its mobile application. You can track operations and get updates from anywhere at any time.

Cons : The reports are sometimes jumbled up. For example, sometimes it will list total assets and sales in different currencies.
