“Highly recommendable marketing platform!”

Pros : Automation is an important element of Convertkit. I am using this valuable tool because it simplifies email marketing, customer forms, contact forms, and more. It also provides excellent marketing automation for subscription management, lead forms, and lifecycle. The customer support is also excellent.

Cons : I feel that Convertkit lacks some of the customization features and provides very limited A/B testing also.

Switched from : Zimbra Collaboration

Reason to switch : The update procedures are complicated, and they must be carried out in a controlled setting because a mistake could result in the complete service offline.

“A great tool for email marketing.”

Pros : I have been using Convertkit for quite a long now and it is an affordable and effective email marketing tool. It is easy to install and use, and it works well with WordPress and other popular platforms. If your marketing team is looking for a tool to automate routine tasks and save time, then I would recommend this.

Cons : I have not encountered any issues with Convertkit so far.

Reason to switch : I didn’t like the template management feature and the user interface of Clickback Mail.

“Marketing automation tool that allows you to automate your marketing.”

Pros : Convertkit is a great tool for marketing automation. The best part about this tool that I liked is its user-friendly interface which is intuitive. The interface is designed to make it simpler for users to handle repetitive tasks so that they can focus on more important tasks.

Cons : Offers very limited reporting and tracking features.

Switched from : Zoho Mail

Reason to switch : Copy paste doesn’t work well in Zoho Mail. If you copy-paste something, you will see several errors, which you need to fix before sending the mail. This consumes a lot of time.
