“Great billing software very good for real-time operations”

Pros : Focus POS generates simple easy to read reports automatically. You can set the timeline as to when you want to receive it, (monthly worked the best for us). Overall, Focus has an extremely supportive customer service system.

Cons : Focus POS has some really necessary replacements to it user interface. It is also irritating that it has a single user interface.

Switched from : Redbook

Reason to switch : Redbook does not allow you online access. Plus, the payment was not worth our operational requirement. At least I can access the Focus POS during off business hours remotely.

“Highly recommended for Sales improvement”

Pros : Focus POS helped us improve two major pain points of our operations, i.e., Sales and employee time tracking. We have benefitted greatly and improved the way we manage our employees.

Cons : One of my personal gripes with Focus POS is that you cannot operate multiple checkout terminals with it.

Switched from : ROMIO POS

Reason to switch : We faced problems in scalability. We manage our inventory better with Focus POS.

“Great Point of Sale Systems, arguably one of the best we have used”

Pros : Overall, Focus POS provides a very stable and easily editable POS for retailers. It can be customized if you are working for a specific kind of retailing.

Cons : The installation process of Focus POS is not easy at all. It has some scope of improvement.

Switched from : Ari Retail POS Software

Reason to switch : Ari Retail was not working out well for us. Focus provided special fixation on sales improvement.

“Helped in managing our inventory”

Pros : Focus POS has helped us improve the way we were handling our inventory. We also accessed a unique loyalty program feature where we have improved our customer retention rates.

“Great software to use for!”

Pros : Checkout is pretty quick and customer service is very responsive. It also has a CRM, HR module and ERP. It is a complete powerhouse of features.

Cons : Sometimes it's slow to work with and it is only inconvenient factor I have with Focus POS, rest of the software features are very good.

“Very good customer service”

Pros : Great experience. I am still reviewing the recommended softwares, my representative was very thorough and prepared me for what was going to happen following our conversation. Like he predicted, I was contacted by a rep fromn each company either by phone or via email to set up a convenient meeting time. I have had 4 demos so far, pending 1. I am very satisfied with Techjockey service. I will certainly pick my software from my proposed list.
