“Limetray provides easy to POS features with the best in class operability”

Pros : If you are running a mid to small scale restaurant operation then I would suggest you to stick with Limetray. It is reasonable. Here’s some quick reasons as to why: 1. Easy on pocket as it is reasonably cheap 2. You can operate delivery business 3. Save overhead operational costs 4. Makes data accessible anywhere at any time There aren’t many solutions like it in its category.

Cons : Limetray has no mobile support which limits its functionality. If they offer a specific mobile application with all the capabilities of the software, it will be convenient. In addition to that, Limetray gave us a tough time while working over inventory list. It should be easier and efficient. Except these there are no major complaints.

Reason to switch : Slick POS was good but it functioned at a limited capacity. Plus, with Slick POS integrations were a hassle. We weren’t able to grow.

“Limetray works effortlessly.”

Pros : We access real-time data analysis with informative report generation. We also use it to oversee our online ordering tasks without a single misreporting!

Cons : Limetray faces is that it does not allow you to work through third party applications like Swiggy, Zomato, etc. Last problem it faces is that it lags sometimes which would club multiple orders together.

“Limetray helped us improve our operations by a huge margin”

Pros : Limetray is really great software for restaurants. We have expanded our businesses to online delivery services with the help of a native app powered by Limetray.

Cons : It freezes every now and then. But except that the operations have been smooth of for us. It comes highly recommended from us.

Reason to switch : Omega had issues with stocking, inventory, and billing. Even the most regular tasks were jarring. So, we stopped using it altogether.

“Limetray worked well for us and we recommend you try it to”

Pros : Limetray offers a simple design which lets users work smoothly. It has features that take care of everything. From initial processes like taking orders, to following tasks like raising kitchen order tickets and the final waiter notification. Everything is automated. It also offers a home delivery apparatus; it works for both Android and iOS phones. Limetray makes it simple.

Cons : Sometimes Limetray’s support team is very slow to. Otherwise, the software works pretty smoothly. It is really good. The software has improved our output capacities. So, it is recommended.

Switched from : xnPOS

Reason to switch : xnPOS did not offer order management feature. Our business hit a plateau in terms of growth and we started looking for new software.

“Limetray has improved our competency in customer satisfaction and operation.”

Pros : Limetray opens window to an enhanced scale of operational improvements. It has helped us monitoring all the activities from order receival to kitchen activity to customer satisfaction.

Cons : Limetray faces lagging issues every now and then. It does not create massive errors, but it can be bothersome at times. It would be great to have that part of the software fixed.

Reason to switch : Bad operability.

Pros : It is a perfect for your business, as Limetray opens new avenues for growth. The software works and it works really well. We have been using it for a while and our growth and improvement in operations has been solid.

“The integrations offered by Limetray are too useful”

Pros : It creates this loop of operation which helps you streamline actions and significantly reduce the multi-tasking efforts. We also benefitted a lot from the integrations offered by Limetray.

Cons : Limetray can improve its functionality is its customizations. Building a more customizable friendly interface will help us a lot.

“Limetray consists a lot of beneficial features other than just POS which helps!”

Pros : Limetray has proved to be very profitable for us. It offers multiple user login facilities, which saves huge operational costs. It has easy to use features with smooth backend management tools.

Cons : Limetray requires a lot of time to learn and its operation can be pretty tedious at times.

Reason to switch : Poster POS a very bad software for the business. We would lose money on it because of its poor order management.
