“Metahire is a must use for all recruiters switching to smart hiring”

Pros : There is value in each functionality. Metahire has significantly diminished our "Time-to-Hire" and helped us onboard the most qualified people for my team from job posting to scheduling interviews with shortlisted prospects.

Cons : We experienced no issues while using Metahire.

Reason to switch : It was a breeze to use Metahire’s recruitment software- the features, designs, functionalities-everything was too good! It really helped me as a recruiter, to find the most suitable candidate for the job.

“Metahire is the future of automated recruitment”

Pros : Excellent features, superb software design, and competitive pricing. Easy to use with friendly interface.

Cons : I have no complaints/issues with Metahire

Reason to switch : I have used Metahire for a few months and I am super stoked and so is the rest of the company. Metahire has considerably reduced hiring jitters, and in fact has simplified the entire hiring process. Looking forward to using Metahire for any position!

“Metahire is amazing tool for recruitment.”

Pros : I can conduct more interviews with Metahire in less time by conducting them online rather than in person. The availability of interview participants to connect and their flexible schedules are two of the biggest benefits of conducting interviews virtually. Nevertheless, a mostly virtual method is useful for jobs requiring multiple rounds of interviews. If you didn't know, taped interviews can be reviewed at your convenience by other team members or used as training material by new recruiters and recruiting managers. All this is possible with Metahire’s end-to-end recruitment solutions.

Cons : Metahire can offer more template options to its users. Also, payroll feature may be introduced.

Reason to switch : We wanted to switch to automated recruitment, which would be faster, smoother and more efficient.
