Pros : Oorwin is one of the best talent acquisition software it helps to streamlines the hiring procedure by automating processes and, reducing HR teams' time. And it also simplifies searching, tracking, and managing candidates by centralising candidate data.

Cons : Oorwin's one flaw, in my opinion, is that it misses some candidate info if the resume is in an image format.

Pros : Oorwin provides Job Postings with Social Media and Third-party Integrations. Also, AI-referred resumes with great usability.

Cons : Does not have WhatsApp integration and there are a few glitches in CV formatting.

Reason to switch : Wanted a solution which minimized the Non-Productive time consumption of staff.
