Pros : Good simple product , well designed and reliable. Robust code ensures reliable system Can be hosted on a server or run off a desktop if needed . Customizing is possible upto very good level. tech support is also very good

Cons : May be introduction of some features oflgistic and payroll functionality will give it a fully rounded feel
