“Perfect for Fuel Station Billing and Stock”

We use PetroSoft India for all our petrol pump billing, and I must say, it does the job really well. From daily sales to tracking stock movement, it’s made our operations smoother. Initially, I did feel a bit lost when it came to generating advanced reports, but their support team guided me through.

Pros : The software is great for fuel station billing and managing inventory in real-time.

Cons : Took me a while to get used to the interface, especially for detailed reports.

Switched from : AppStar Petrol Pump Management System

Reason to switch : PetroSoft offered specific tools for petrol pump businesses, unlike Tally which needed lots of customization.

“Full Automation of Daily Tasks”

Before PetroSoft, end-of-day routines took us hours. Now, with automation features, we finish in minutes. The time saved on reconciliation and stock reports is significant. I do wish updates were a bit faster though.

Pros : Automates shift-end processes and sales summaries.

Cons : Updates can take time to roll out.

Switched from : LePetro

Reason to switch : LePetro made reconciliation a nightmare—PetroSoft automated all of it.

From purchases, dip readings, to customer billing, PetroSoft has everything covered. I don’t need to use multiple systems anymore. Took me a few days to get familiar, but now I can’t imagine going back.

Pros : Covers everything from purchase to sales.

Cons : Slight learning curve in initial days.

Switched from : Manual records

Reason to switch : Manual records were error-prone and tedious. PetroSoft brought everything under one roof.

Reason to switch : Zoho Books is great for general accounting but lacked features like nozzle integration and fuel stock handling.

Reason to switch : Marg didn't have fuel industry-specific features that we needed for smooth operations.

Reason to switch : Simifox couldn’t handle density or tank dips automatically.

We love the way PetroSoft gives us nozzle-wise sales reports, evaporation loss data, and even tank-wise stock levels. Initially, it took us a while to get used to all the menus and options, but it was worth it.

Reason to switch : Petrobyte didn’t support fuel industry operations well enough.

“Customer Friendly and Affordable”

The pricing plan is fair, especially for the features we get. The after-sales support is something I’ve personally found very helpful—they solve most issues in a single call. I do wish there were more training videos available though.

Cons : Needs more training resources online.

Reason to switch : PumpCount had great general features, but PetroSoft was better suited for our fuel station.
