Pros : Our company was able to hire the best candidates in a shorter time frame and with less money spent. 1. Automatically predicted best hires based on cultural profiles and skills required. 2. We were no longer spending hours reviewing endless CVs and selecting the best candidates. 3. Quick responses.

Cons : Competencies should be increased.
