Pros : This has a lot of versatility when it comes to posting jobs and recruiting, which is what is most useful about it. The programme may be adapted to meet the demands of any organisation because there are numerous ways to use it. Additionally, it has several features that make the hiring process simpler and more effective and is incredibly user-friendly.

Cons : The fact that it can be challenging to discover the correct applicants is the aspect of this that is least beneficial. The drawback is that it can be challenging to maintain track of all the various applicants.
