“Easy to understand”

Pros : Simplicity of usage and use. Easy to understand UI. Simple to make dashboards for the executives. Fantastically simple to oversee. Comes up short on some further developed highlights that bigger arrangements have however nothing I discover I miss; it absolutely compensates for this in straightforwardness and cost.

“Best IT Service manangement tool”

Pros : Easy to use and deploy, we are managing our service and changes using ServiceNow. It has excellent features which work on ITIL completely.

Cons : Nothing more to complaint about ServiceNow, everything going well for me for incident management and inventory management.

Reason to switch : It's making the process easy using this software we can manage incident and inventory as well as IT helpdesk
