“Impressive Automation Features, But High Maintenance Cost”

“Excellent for ITIL Compliance, But Overkill for Small Teams”

I moved from a much simpler platform to ServiceNow, hoping it would streamline our IT service management. While it definitely improved our operations, the complexity and sheer volume of features were more than what our small team really needed.
