“Customer support is bad”

Pros : using this software since 4 year. Very clean and good accounting software

Cons : No one available to take calls and no one hearing any problem. Company has no face to tackle such problems. It is highly frustating. Tried contacting bearbook on linkedin , twitter , youtube , instagram and fb .. no Response
