What I love about this platform is that it gives the feel of a continuous yet well-organized to-do list. You can have a central project and neatly arrange different sections, bullet points, checklists, and status updates all in one place. It's like having all my notes on a notepad, but way more streamlined and organized.

Cons : Notion could improve by providing more detailed templates with additional descriptions and specific uses for niche scenarios. This would enhance the user experience and make the platform even more versatile for different needs.

It offers plenty of ready-made templates from other Notion users. While there are more specialized tools for CRM, project management, or goal tracking, Notion stands out as an affordable all-in-one solution. I use Notion daily for tasks ranging from managing finances and home projects to keeping track of clients and freelance work.

Cons : The options for automating workflows are limited, offering only a few triggers and actions. While the public API and various integrations are helpful, additional features like Webhooks and more automation choices would enhance functionality.

Reason to switch : I chose Notion to handle my novel writing, household finances, home projects, freelance business, and even as a host for my webpage. I've never come across software that offers this level of flexibility before. Notion makes it easy to manage a variety of tasks and projects all in one place.
