“Useful in managing tickets and tracking performance in our project”
Pros
Jira's emphasis on visuals when tracking performance and tickets is something I appreciate. Since our project is a support project, we receive a variety of requests, and we can simply track the backlogs for optimal performance.
Cons
Requesting access in Jira for our project for our teammates has been a pain lately, therefore I hope access would be a little smoother. Users will readily join Jira if requests are received and approved swiftly.
Reason to switch
To see how we are doing with our tickets, we can design a board structure akin to the Kanban system. It can be customized so that we can monitor the status of our teammates' tickets and combine it with other programs, such as Microsoft Teams so that we can receive updates regarding our own tickets. We can talk about the status of our tickets and any obstacles more rapidly in this way.
