Pros

I needed to schedule regular meetings with employees to evaluate performance and also to chart out the future plan of action. Sometimes there is a necessity to schedule meetings with clients as well. I got Ontime Employee Manager, which helped me to generate the minutes of a meeting and also allow my employees to put remarks on the same.

Cons

The calendar management feature is missing. I would have used it to plan for a year in advance to carry out business processes smoothly. Additionally, the software doesn’t run on Android.

“Helped me to manage my expenses”

Pros

This software helped me to manage all the expenses in my organization including labour cost, travel expenses of employees, cost behind advertising and all types of sales. It not only tracks all business expenses accurately but also enables me to keep track of the performance of my employees.

Cons

I also needed to keep an eye on FMLA to calculate the medical leaves taken by an employee. I checked for the FMLA tracking feature in the software but it was missing.

Pros

I was looking for a software for managing my employees in terms of attendance tracking, payroll processing and many other tasks. Ontime Employee Manager is a comprehensive solution for the same. It comes with an inbuilt geolocation tagging feature where I can manage the employee whereabouts at my fingertip. Additionally, it manages the workflow efficiently.

Cons

I wanted my employees to share their feedback about the firm with the management. But I found that there is no provision for the employees to share feedback.
