Users with registered businesses can purchase goods from merchants on the platform to satisfy their business needs. Users are not permitted to utilize any products acquired through the platform for resale, advertising, business, or further distribution.

“Worst It Company - scammer - Fake commitments”

Pros : No positive points

Cons : Worst it company i have ever seen. After sales their sales person not receive calls . After 5 months project is not completed and if you ask deadline they said to wait will ask the tech person or they gave a fake deadline. They have only 1 tech person who dont have basic knowledge. The worst part is management also not serious about your work . we mailed to management also but they didn't respond . they are not capable of taking 1 star also. after huge follow-up with their team still our project is incomplete. Mr Shivansh is tech guy and he dont know how to integrate API . even they dont care about your Requirement. every company management has to keep employee client oriented but Travbizz management only want sales. they dont bother about service . many time tried to call management but they refused to connect. sales person Mr ratan gave fake commitment every time . this is scam company. Do not recommend to anybody. keep away from this company .due to this type of company many good companies lost their capital .

“Third rated CRM with very very poor customer support”

Pros : Only good about the crm is it is faster than others in the competition

Cons : Worst customer service (0 ratings). Almost all the screens in the CRM are buggy. No guaranteed security with respect to your customer data (Email and Phone number)

Reason to switch : We are maintaining our customer information but the system is very very buggy now we have decided to use Excel sheets instead of this cheap CRM
