““Amazingly amazing tool for designing””

Pros : No matter how many times I use Adobe Illustrator I still find new features. It has an intuitive user interface, and you can create vector graphics and logos with great ease. I use Illustrator for logo design, print design, and web design, and the best part is that I can easily export my designs to the web or print. If you're looking for a graphic design tool that is easy to use, I highly recommend Adobe Illustrator.

Cons : It could take up to 6 months or more for beginners to feel at ease using this platform.

Switched from : Inkscape

Reason to switch : The user interface of Inkscape is not always intuitive. It doesn’t even provide an option to edit .eps format of files.

“The best designing platform for beginners.”

Pros : An amazing and powerful design tool that allows me to create logos and other graphics from scratch. From the basic to the advanced, I can do everything I need with Adobe Illustrator and more.

Cons : This platform provides relatively limited raster graphics capability if you use bitmap images along with dot-matrix structures.

Switched from : Affinity Designer

Reason to switch : Affinity doesn’t provide video tutorials for the entire course, rather it just offers videos for the specific features which makes it difficult for beginners to learn how to use it. Also, it doesn’t help in any way to merge vectors into a single layer.

“Tool that allows you to “Manage it Yourself”.”

Pros : Earlier I had to hire designers to work for me but now, Adobe Illustrator has saved me hundreds of dollars already because now I can manage everything related to graphic design myself.

Cons : It takes a lot of time and patience to work on an Adobe Illustrator if you want to produce something realistic.

Switched from : Vectr

Reason to switch : It only works with an internet connection, so working on any offline project is not possible with Vectr.

“An easy & cost-effective tool to fulfill every design need of yours.”

Pros : It is one of the easiest and most affordable platforms to use. I am able to create almost any print-ready graphics that I need while staying within my budget.

Cons : The user interface of redesigned Adobe Illustrator occupies a whole lot of space if you're using a device with a lower resolution.

Switched from : Pixlr

Reason to switch : The background removing tool doesn’t work properly and it doesn’t give a good result. Features like fillers, presets, etc. are missing.

“A perfect companion for every graphic designer!”

Pros : I have used Adobe Illustrator for quite a few years now, and I must say that it is pretty cool! I can save my files in high resolution and get a super crisp image. I also love the fact that there is a library of curated brushes and symbols to create the perfect illustration.

Cons : It is quite expensive for someone who is looking for cheap and affordable graphic designing software, especially for beginners.

Switched from : GIMP

Reason to switch : GIMP cannot handle indexed or grayscale images. Also, it doesn’t provide an option to edit bigger images with multiple layers.

“great information provider”

Pros : Within a few hours of my conversation with Brittany, I received an email with five EXCELLENT software company recommendations that had obviously been carefully chosen based on the qualifications I had outlined with Brittany on the phone. All were within the budget we'd discussed, and provide exactly the type and scope of services my company was hoping to employ.

“Techjockey is a good place to go”

Pros : Techjockey reduces the time you have to spend to filter out which software system you need as they do the initial leg work for you. I have used them now for two companies and both times we have ended up signing with one of the suggested vendors that was provided to us.
