“Our Deskless Folks Love It”
We used a generic intranet before—desktop only, totally useless in the field. Blink, on the other hand, gives offline access to pay slips and shift rosters. Crafting custom menus for different roles wasn’t trivial, though.
Pros : Designed for frontline workers, offline access to docs

“Super Intuitive with a Clean Feed”
We moved from Workplace by Meta and immediately appreciated Blink’s socialstyle feed—updates look great on mobile and people actually read them. Chatting with colleagues is seamless too. I do wish it tracked read metrics or reactions more deeply, though.

“Security That Meets Corporate Needs”
Our IT team approved Blink because it’s secure—SSO, encrypted traffic, audit logs. Setting up SSO took time, and the admin panel could use more granular controls, but it passed compliance testing.

When we needed help migrating content from old tools, Blink’s support team was on it—chat support 24/7 and real help from an account manager. We asked for a few UI tweaks and they’re on the backlog, though not instant.

Before Blink, internal emails were drowning our inboxes. Now, chats and replies are where discussions live. It’s better! But it’s easy for chaotic threads to form without moderation or pinned posts.
