“If you are a start-up, it is an excellent value and an ATS with a wealth of features.”

Pros : It is constantly getting better and has a lot of adjustable options. One great feature of all the programmes is that they can be synced to operate as a one system, including CRM, email, calendars, 2-way video meetings, inbound marketing tools, and invoicing systems. Additionally, it has quite powerful job posting features, including access to both free and paid employment platforms as well as my own fully customizable jobs portal. Boolean Searches can drill down and quickly discover what I need thanks to the resume parsing, which is rapid and accurate. There are numerous third-party integrations that work well with LinkedIn, such as social media integration for social recruiting. Mobile Access is also available for when I'm on the go.

Cons : Maybe the word "dislike" isn't the best because tech support is still improving. I've been utilising IT for ages!
