“an amazing scheduler”

Pros : I appreciate how the calendar is set up to allow for various times for various reason codes and that you may arrange appointments over the phone, online, or in person. The intake form for therapy appointments is another thing I truly enjoy. Although we don't currently have the capacity, I think milestones are a highly promising addition.

“Efficient system for students and administrators”

Pros : We utilise this technology to schedule meetings with counsellors and executives at our neighbourhood institution. We can communicate live, chat in real time, and share documents all on the same page thanks to this effective solution.

Cons : Nothing! I believe that every aspect of the system is simple to use and easily accessible.

“very user friendly for our staff”

Pros : You can interact with your pupils in a variety of ways. I particularly appreciate how, while we are on a video chat, a students can share their laptop screen with us. Additionally, I appreciate that our off-campus given tasks can clock in and out so that their off-campus superiors can confirm

“Best scheduling service”

Pros : Students can schedule their own appointments whenever it's convenient for them. Maintaining organisation and time management have been made much easier thanks to the interface with Outlook.

“Easy to use platform”

Pros : Sending links over the chat will open them in a new browser tab. It takes far less time to have the link open in a new tab than to copy and paste. It reduces time.
