“Highly recommended tool for marketers!”

Pros : The best tool to know the customer interaction with the page! It is the best tool to checkout the combination of CTA and content is working properly or not.

Cons : Session recordings could have more filtering options

“Great Tool for Recording and Analyzing Customer Behaviour and Interaction.”

Pros : This tool is amazing. I use it to gain insight into my customers' behavior and patterns. I can see which buttons are getting the most clicks, rage clicks, and dead clicks. I can also see which features are not being used by customers. This helps me optimize my website and make it better for my users.

Cons : There is nothing specific to dislike about Hotjar, as it works as promised. It's just that we can only see heatmaps for the last 30 days, which I think should be more. Rest everything is fine.

Reason to switch : Needed more in-depth analysis of how users interact on my e-commerce website.

“Best in the Market”

Pros : Great platform to track heat maps on your websites. I like the analysis of the clicks and especially their entire session recording feature. You can also segment the data and track individual segments' behavior.

Cons : It'll be great to have deeper insights on in-market users.

Reason to switch : Freemium option and Better features
