The Operations Hub's staff scheduling and inventory tracking made shift handovers far less chaotic, and the real-time insights give us visibility without chasing down the front desk for updates

Cons : With so many modules bundled together, our team needed a short onboarding period to get comfortable navigating between the Guest Hub and Operations Hub.

Cons : Since payments run through third-party gateways like Razorpay and Stripe, we had to complete their individual verification steps before everything was fully live.

Cons : Since a lot of communication now happens digitally, guests less comfortable with apps may still expect a traditional front-desk interaction for the same requests.

Reason to switch : I was looking for a system that handled real-time guest service requests better than what we had, instead of just managing bookings and rooms.
