“Great service”

Pros : It has made payroll extremely simple and straightforward. I have no trouble operating payroll, and all reporting and filings with the state and the IRS go off without a hitch.

Cons : I dislike the fact that you only have one day to submit payroll before direct deposit is disabled.

Switched from : QualHRMS

Reason to switch : Features compared to the cost are much better.

“Payroll management with PayCentral takes much less time”

Pros : Payroll processing took a lot of time before using PayCentral, the plus point is that it comes with various features like report generation and more.

Cons : Too many features might confuse you at the beginning.

Reason to switch : Provides multiple features to handle the major payroll issues.

“Employee attendance management is not an issue any more”

Pros : During this pandemic the major problem we face was managing employee attendance.

“Fixed the reimbursement and claim issues”

Pros : Initially we were facing a lot of issues while settling the reimbursement and claim issues, but after implementing PayCentral we were able to curb that.

Cons : The pricing might be an issue for some.

Reason to switch : Reimbursement procedure is hassle free now and takes less time to settle a claim.
