Pros : Efficient Automation: Streamlines invoicing, reminders, and payment tracking, saving time. Integration Capabilities: Seamlessly integrates with various accounting and CRM software, enhancing workflow. Customizable Workflows: Allows tailoring automation rules and dashboard views for specific needs. Task Manager Features: Offers comprehensive task management functionalities for smoother operations. Real-time Insights: Provides real-time insights into AR performance, aiding in decision-making.

Cons : Complexity: For some of our users, the extensive customization options are overwhelming. Advanced Analytics: May benefit from more advanced analytics tools for in-depth analysis.

Reason to switch : It is saving a lot of my time as well as our team members time. Payment follow-up is now a breeze. Task feature is helping evenly distribute leads to telecalling team.
