“One of the best Recruitment Tool!”

Pros : It's one of the best REC tools that I worked on. Its integration with Outlook, Calendar makes the process smooth. It had user-friendly interface that doesn't require extensive training for users. It's easy to find the history or Information about the candidate or Panels feedback. Workflow is well designed.

Cons : Analysis and Reports can have the scope to customize.

Reason to switch : Its less time consuming. Workflow is very simple and logical.

Pros : It seamlessly integrates with all HRMS platforms and provides a seamless experience. High level of customization provided by the implementation team.

Cons : Recommend them to have a complete HRMS to cover the entire employee life cycle.

Pros : Very convenient to use, Saves lot of time can download reports easily. Easy to understand very good features.

Cons : While uploading CV's recruiter has to to fill too many details.

Pros : All features were good except reports. Overall it is a user friendly and easy to use software.

Cons : Reports feature is not that good. Team need to work on that feature.
