The platform is incredibly user friendly and there is no requirement of any prior coding experience to be able to build a bot for yourself. The UI is clean and simple, yet has a modern aesthetic to it. You can navigate through it with ease. I love the drag and drop feature, that is a very useful feature to have.

chatbot making is usually incorporated with coding and machine learning but a person from a non technical background can just do it in just few minutes of time so its a easy platform for chatbot making. the speed of documentation and FAQs also takes less of a time.
