So far Techjockey has the lowest prices for the software I was looking for. Downloading was prompt and installation went without a glitch. A couple of questions I emailed to them were answered promptly.

Quickbooks has great Uptime and downtime alerts will be notified as soon as it goes down.
The user experience was not as expected compared with the earlier software.
Overall, I like QuickBooks online. It is be user friendly and can potentially save users a lot of time. I like how the bank transactions download in and you can match or add them individually or automatically. A lot of businesses have a lot of frequent and similar transactions, so I make rules to automatically add them to the books. This also carries over to the reconciliation so I can quickly reconcile the books to bank statements.
I don’t like how some of the functionality is taken away and given only to QuickBooks support. The payroll center and sales tax center both need some work. Last couple times I called the support team, I was on the phone for hours.
You can easily manage invoices, accounts and payment details with this software. The application has a user-friendly interface and can be used by people from varied backgrounds, irrespective of their age. The platform is of great use to businesses specially growing ones. Overall, I am quite happy with the product.
Aside from the advantages mentioned above, I am quite unhappy with the support team as we need to wait for hours online waiting to get connected..
Because of reconciliation, I can quickly reconcile the books to bank statements.
auto gst and igst is not working as per other state purchase and sale
