    • Title of the story.
    • The ‘No review’ option must be checked so that the story which is about to be added, gets activated. 
    • Admins can also set the Mailto option so that relevant members get notified via emails about changes done in a particular story.
    • Developers can also add keywords facilitating better searches.  
  4. Step 4: In ZenTao, users can even upload multiple project-related images as their stories by clicking on the ‘batch add’ feature.

A Yes, the software offers both manual and one-click data backup facilities. Administrators need to visit the admin section> click on the data option > click on the Backup button finally.
A You either need to use a command line in MySQL or open PHPMyAdmin. Find out the zt_company list and get it edited. Edit the admin to “username” with the commas before and after intact. ZenTao will mark you as a super administrator once you have completed all the above-mentioned steps successfully and have logged in once again.
