“Emerging Global Presence, But Localization Needs Work”

As we hire internationally, I noticed that in UK/EU roles, TraqCheck is growing its presence. But some checks required under UK law or local regulations still need manual adjustment or local partner support.

Pros : TraqCheck is expanding internationally (UK, Europe) and recently raised bridge funding at a $17M valuation. It's increasingly trusted by enterprises across multiple sectors.

Cons : For certain countries or data sources, local verification or legal compliance is still catching up. Some checks not fully adapted to all jurisdictions.

Reason to switch : I switched from a purely domestic verifier because we started hiring in UK/EU. TraqCheck’s expansion into those regions and its automated features made it a better fit—though for full compliance I still verify certain checks locally.

“Human QC + AI Combo Improves Accuracy, But Sometimes Slower QC Steps”

I trust the results more knowing there’s a human check. In prior tools, pure AI sometimes missed education verification or identity mismatches. But with TraqCheck, accuracy is better. The trade-off is occasionally needing extra time.

When recruiting across different roles, not everyone needs the same set of background checks. With TraqCheck, I can choose what matters. That flexibility is better than earlier “one?size?fits-all” vendors.

Pros : I like that I can pick which checks (DBS, right-to-work, education, employment) to run. The ability to customize works helps me tailor verifications to specific job roles.

Cons : To set up the correct mix of checks and configure workflows took time; the first few audits needed follow-ups.

Reason to switch : I moved from a vendor that forced full bundle checks even when unnecessary. TraqCheck allowed me to optimize cost by selecting only relevant checks.

“Speed and Automation are Excellent, but Not Perfect AI Transparency”

As an HR manager, speed and accuracy matter. TraqCheck let me process ID, education, and employment history verifications much faster than my old vendor. Still, occasionally when issues arise, I’m unsure whether to trust the AI’s judgement or push for manual override.

Pros : TraqCheck significantly reduced my background check turnaround times thanks to AI + human QC combos. The dashboard is clean and running checks is straightforward.

Cons : Sometimes it’s unclear which parts are AI vs manual review; when flags occur, I wish the reasoning was more transparent.

Reason to switch : I switched because my old vendor (e.g. Onfido) had long delays in manual checks, and TraqCheck promised faster turnaround and better automation, which so far has helped me scale candidate verification.

“Great for Dashboard Tracking, but Some UX Polish Needed”

I monitor many candidate checks in parallel. The dashboard lets me see which checks are pending, which failed, which passed. Helps with follow-ups. But sometimes when something fails, it’s not clear why until I dig into logs or contact support.

Pros : The dashboard gives good visibility—status tracking of checks, analytics, logging. Candidates / verification statuses are easy to monitor.

Cons : At times, error messages are ambiguous; some fields in reports are harder to read or interpret. Mobile responsiveness could be better.

Reason to switch : I switched because under my earlier vendor, I had minimal visibility—lots of “pending” checks without clarity. With TraqCheck, I get better transparency.

“Good Industry Compliance & Security, but Region-Specific Gaps”

Since many of my hires are cross-border or remote, I needed verification tools that also respect data privacy. TraqCheck’s certifications and compliance policies reassure both me and my candidates.

Pros : TraqCheck is GDPR-compliant, SOC-2 and ISO certified. Also supports Right-to-Work, criminal/verifications etc. This gives me confidence in data privacy and compliance.

Cons : For some international checks or in certain countries, the database coverage or legal recognition lags.

Switched from : Checkr 

Reason to switch : I switched because some global providers had weaker compliance or more constrained local/regional coverage in India/UK. TraqCheck offered a better mix of local/global compliance.

“Support & Customer Service Mostly Good, But Mixed Feedback from Employees”

From a client side, support has usually helped resolve issues. But external feedback from employees gives me pause — when a company has internal friction or criticism, it sometimes shows up in service reliability.

Pros : TraqCheck claims “Real Human Support”, 24x7 availability, human QC experts. Some clients say support is helpful.

Cons : Internal problems—delayed salaries, management issues, misalignment between “AI” claims vs manual work.

Reason to switch : I switched from an incumbent because cost and speed were lacking; TraqCheck offered better features. But I also evaluated internal health and tried to monitor how stable the vendor was before finalizing.

Reason to switch : I left a vendor with lower base pricing but poorer automation and higher overhead. TraqCheck gave better automation, which offset the higher marginal costs for add-ons.

For most roles, I get verification results quickly, enabling me to proceed with hiring decisions faster. But for some roles like senior or international hires, certain checks still drag, especially where external registrations / court records are involved.

Pros : For standard checks (ID, address, education), TraqCheck is fast.

Cons : More complex or multi-jurisdiction checks still take time (criminal history in certain regions, cross-border verifications).

Reason to switch : I switched from firms where even basic checks took many days. TraqCheck allowed me to compress that time significantly for common checks.
