“Unified Search Across Tools = Game Changer”
We switched from siloed help centers to Zoomin’s portal. Now, users can search across FrameMaker, ServiceNow, Pendo, and more through SSO. The AI Smart Tables and in-context search are life-savers. Setup did drag on past 90 days, which was tougher than anticipated, but completely worth it.

“AI Features Rolled Out Fast”
We opted into Zoomin’s AI beta and got GPT chat before many others in our field. Zoomin includes customers in design partnerships, which really shows in newer features. Admin portal tasks still need polish, but we feel heard.

“Salesforce Buy-Out Speaks Volumes”
Our previous system couldn’t scale securely. Zoomin offers governance, SSO, security watermarks, enterprise-level features—and Salesforce just acquired them for $450?M, which gives us confidence. We don’t see pricing online though, and budgets require upfront clarity.

“Hosts All Our Docs—Finally Unified”
Previously, our docs and release notes lived in separate corners—WordPress, GitHub pages, PDFs. Zoomin consolidated everything under one roof with granular permissions and easy access. Still, managing and tagging uploads takes planning effort.

“ServiceNow + Pendo Combo Was Worth It”

“AI Chatbot That Actually Helps”
We left behind older CMS tools and adopted Zoomin for their GPT-based chat assistant. It contextually answers customer questions in product UI. It’s quenching support tickets, but I wish the portal admin interface had more self-admin features.
