Yous support system needs improvements. Many time we have to wait for two days to solve any problems.
Further availability of your support person through telephone is very difficult and waiting period is longer.
My request is if your team is busy kindly call back . If possible do it through online anydesk our time is saved.

- Its mobile application is very basic it has to be very good and attractive and easy to use , its not working on ios (Iphone) there is not app for Iphone.
