2. A lot of updates and regular upgradation happens frequently.
3. Various Modules available to provide end-user support.
4. Regular support is being received.
CONS : 1. A lot more features is required to be added, such as Rewards & Recognition, Exit Interviews, etc.
2. On spot queries should be answered during webinar sessions.
3. Customer Support should be available round the clock.
4. Training Modules / Documents should be provided with each upgrade.
5. Training Module should be capable of capturing New Hire Process Training related records (end to end)

PROS : user friendly features. almost all our requirements are available in the
software and updation of latest amendments.
CONS : Yous support system needs improvements. Many time we have to wait for two days to solve any problems.
Further availability of your support person through telephone is very difficult and waiting period is longer.
My request is if your team is busy kindly call back . If possible do it through online anydesk our time is saved.
