“Keeps Performance Reviews Organised”

We mainly use WeekMate for performance-related HR work. KRA/KPI tracking and performance reviews are useful for keeping the process organised, and we also use the learning features for employee training. It is convenient to have performance and learning activities together instead of managing them through separate spreadsheets and tools.

Pros

WeekMate’s performance management features make it easier to set and track KRAs and KPIs and manage performance reviews in one place. The learning features are also useful for assigning training and monitoring employee progress.

Cons

The current features meet most of our requirements, but more flexibility in configuring performance cycles for different teams would be helpful. Additional workflow options would make it easier to accommodate departments with different review processes.
