“HRMS for Managing Attendance, Payroll and Performance”

We have been using WeekMate for our regular HR activities, mainly attendance, payroll and performance management. The system has made it easier for us to keep track of these processes and access information when needed. I particularly find the attendance and payroll modules useful during our regular activies.

Pros : WeekMate brings several important HR activities into one platform, including attendance, payroll, and performance management. The interface is easy to understand once you get familiar with it, and having employee records and review-related information in one place makes regular HR work more organised and easier to manage.

Cons : I have not faced any major issues with WeekMate so far. However, the reporting and dashboard options could offer more flexibility, especially for organisations that need customised views for management reviews. More report customisation would make the platform even more useful.

“Best HRMS for Managing My Team”

We were using a manual process for attendance management before using to WeekMate HRMS. Now, everything is very easy, and we can track attendance easily without the headache of maintaining excel records manually.

Pros : Very Easy to use and great UI
