Cons : No their is no areas for improvement for WoCo currently, as they have the best customer support so if we face any challenge the team is always their to assist.

Plus, Woco HR has lots of great tools to help our teams work better together and create a happy workplace. It's easy to use and helps us stay organized, making work life better for everyone.

Pros : Great customer support, best UI interface. The GEO feature is amazing, it just reduced the stress of monitoring the employees who are working on fields. Great software!

“Great System if you are looking to implement a HRMS for the first time!”

Pros : This software is very easy of use. It is extremely fast-paced and totally flexible for our needs. The customer support services are excellent, they always solve queries on time.

Cons : No cons

Reason to switch : Attendance is automatically generated and salary processing is seamless and accurate. The Mobile app has got great features for employees and managers as managers can see their team stats on the app itself.
