“About myco crm”

The application is amazing for business owners

Pros : We run a mid-sized business and payroll used to take almost 3 days every month. With MyCo HRMS, the process is down to a couple of hours. It also handles compliance automatically, which used to be a huge headache for us.

Cons : Because it has so many modules, our HR team initially didn’t know where to start. After their training sessions, everything became much clearer. Overall: For businesses looking to cut down on manual effort, this is a must-have tool.

“Good Product easy to manage payroll.”

Excellent value and peace of mind for HR and management.

Pros : The support team is excellent—very polite and quick to assist. Beyond that, the software has simplified major HR tasks, successfully eliminating the stress around payroll compliance, tax, and reporting.

Cons : The frequent updates occasionally mean we have to readjust or re-learn minor steps. However, this is a positive trade-off, as I value a product that is continuously improving over one that remains stagnant.

Reason to switch : they are not providing the accurate attendance location, we are facing many issues to using this product that's why we choose MY CO HRMS .

Cons : At first, the number of features seemed overwhelming, but after receiving proper training from their support team, the system became very easy to use.

MyCo is a cloud-based platform that combines HRMS (human-resource management system) and CRM capabilities. Its aim is to streamline tasks like payroll, attendance, leave & task management, performance monitoring and also help manage leads, deals, and follow-ups—all from one dashboard.

Pros : The system is very transparent — employees can see their own leave balances, payslips, and even reimbursement status without asking HR every time. That reduced a lot of unnecessary queries. Managers get real-time visibility too.

Cons : The mobile app is feature-rich, so first-time users may take some time to figure out navigation. But once they’re used to it, nobody wants to go back

The best application i have ever used

Pros : We used to manage expenses and reimbursements through emails and paper, which was a mess. With MyCo, everything is digital, transparent, and trackable. Managers can approve in seconds.

Cons : At first, some employees felt the app had too many menus. But once trained, they appreciated how everything they need is inside one app. Overall: A great solution that brings structure to HR

Very very good to streamline business

Pros : The best part for me is accuracy. Payroll mistakes are zero now, and attendance is recorded with face recognition and location tracking. This also improved employee accountability.

Cons : New employees take 1–2 days to understand the system, but that’s normal with any detailed software. Overall: Would highly recommend for growing teams

“Worth buying this application”

Pros : User and cost friendly application. Saved my alot time in payroll as well as managing my management role from here. Also they provide a very good support if we stuck anywhere in using application. Recommended to buy application, if you want to manage your HRMS very easily.

Cons : Every month application get new update.
