Pros : Bizcompass makes day-to-day operations much easier by bringing SOPs, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and approvals into one centralized system. The SOPs are clearly defined, so our teams know exactly what to follow without constant supervision. Hiring and onboarding are smooth and well-organized, saving a lot of manual coordination time. The payroll automation feature is excellent as it reduces errors and stress during month-end. Finally, the flexible workflow setup adapts perfectly as our business processes change, and having an internal chat tool keeps everything in one place.
