The SOPs are clearly defined, so our teams know exactly what to follow without constant supervision. Hiring and onboarding are smooth and well-organized, saving a lot of manual coordination time. The payroll automation feature is excellent as it reduces errors and stress during month-end. Finally, the flexible workflow setup adapts perfectly as our business processes change, and having an internal chat tool keeps everything in one place.
