“Simple and Reliable HR Management with TruHR”

TruHR keeps attendance, leave, employee information, and other HR activities organized in one place. The setup was smooth, and the support team provided helpful guidance throughout the process. Overall, it has been a simple and reliable HR solution for our team.

Pros : TruHR is simple to use, even for employees with limited technical experience. The Pin My Visit feature is particularly useful for tracking field employees and their visits, while the reliable support team adds value.

Cons : We have not faced any major challenges with TruHR so far. The system has worked well for our needs, and the support team has been excellent.

“TruHR Simplified Our HR Operations and Payroll Setup”

We were honestly surprised by how quickly the TruHR setup was completed. We were up and running within a day, whereas our previous vendor had told us it would take close to three weeks. The face recognition attendance in TruHR has been particularly useful for us. We had issues with buddy punching at a couple of stores, and that has largely been resolved now.

Pros : TruHR offers quick implementation, easy payroll setup, facial recognition attendance, and responsive support tailored to healthcare operations.

Cons : We have not experienced any significant drawbacks with TruHR so far. The implementation, usability, and ongoing support have met our expectations.

Reason to switch : The implementation with our previous software took nearly two months and even small changes often required IT support. That was becoming difficult to manage. With TruHR, the onboarding team spent time understanding our shifts and salary structure and we were able to start running payroll within a week. The TruHR support team also understands the requirements of healthcare operations, which has made things easier for us.
