“Interims Custimisation”

Pros : adrenalin-hcm-arrangement We are happy with the item and administrations of Adrenalin. The presales procedure was great. The demo was persuading. The execution was continuous and simple. The item has been appreciated by clients. We would like to see constant improvement in the item inside short and customary interims.

Adrenalin HRMS has made it easier to handle payroll, attendance, and leave management all in one place. The intuitive dashboard allows me to get insights at a glance.

Pros : The setup process was seamless, and the team was very supportive throughout.

Cons : Occasionally, the previous mobile app lags, but it's not a dealbreaker.

Pros : Adrenalin hrms automates the entire HR processes to boost productivity with features like talent management, performance management and compensation management.

Cons : We have found no flaw with this application so far, but we are concerned about the long time it takes to find the location.

Reason to switch : The data synchronization between devices reduces time and it has a supportive support system that doesn't charge any service charge during the maintenance or for upgrades.

“Adrenalin hrms review - Great tool for small organisations.”

Pros : As a small business owner, it's helpful to see what's going on with my employees, and also set up reports to check on them. The very best part is the reporting tool. I can see what my employees are doing and how they're doing it.

Cons : One negative point of Adrenalin HCM would be that when the application crashes, it takes a long time to get back up again.

Reason to switch : I can also see who my best employees are, and where I need to focus my efforts on. Definitely worth a try.

“Great HR tool with decent features.”

Pros : I felt adrenalin hrms to be a very easy to use hrms. Am sure it will help me in my work and will help me to perform my work in a better manner. I liked the option of auto reminders in the system. It is not just a great software its a great service.

Cons : There are only two problems with the network: it isn't always consistent and there is no password protection.

“Very good tool to automate with HR process.”

Pros : Adrenalin HRMS product is the best for small scale organisation. It is so simple and easy to use that anyone can understand it. I have been using it for a couple of months and it is amazing. It is so user friendly that I never get stuck.

Cons : not found any cons here.

Reason to switch : One of the best part of this tool is that it is cloud-based and hence you can access it from anywhere and also it is very cost effective.
