Sales iq is the hidden gem of zoho

Pros:

Integration with zoho crm, zoho campaigns and zoho desk is awesome. For example, you can see if someone visiting your website is a customer or not. When you chat with the person, you can transfer them to support or sale as needed. The chat transcript is saved to the contact in zoho crm.

Cons:

UI is not as good as LiveChat. The UI isn't bad but LiveChat has the most simple UI out there. Also the chat dialogue box that the customer uses is "cooler" looking in LiveChat - it's more fun looking.

Pros:

Excellent software, I have an excellent experience. It is very simple to use and the detailed analytics of the visits are excellent even in the free plan.

Cons:

There should be an automatic way to generate candidates who constantly visit the website and meet a metric.

Pros:

Although I wasn't able to create a collaboration with Techjockey and my current organization. The TechjockeyTeam definitely gave me helpful insight and assistance on a variety of things. I would definitely recommend utilizing Techjockey. They will enrich your work life.

Pros:

Easy to use. Can be deployed quickly. Bot marketplace is a great advantage for someone who does not want to build a chatbot from scratch.

Cons:

An initial difficulty, but post your understanding of the platform, its becomes easy. Customer support is great.

Pros:

The platform is incredibly user friendly and there is no requirement of any prior coding experience to be able to build a bot for yourself. The UI is clean and simple, yet has a modern aesthetic to it. You can navigate through it with ease. I love the drag and drop feature, that is a very useful feature to have.

Cons:

I haven't come across anything so far. I love the platform and have experienced any issues thus far. It is a game-changer!

Pros:

chatbot making is usually incorporated with coding and machine learning but a person from a non technical background can just do it in just few minutes of time so its a easy platform for chatbot making. the speed of documentation and FAQs also takes less of a time.

Cons:

it may lag due to heavy traffic but it can be managed if proper procedures are followed.
