What is Sunmi P1?

Sunmi P1 is a Point-of-Sales System powered by Android version 6.0 that helps its users to efficiently manage their business transactions as per their needs and requirements. By using Sunmi P1, users get access to a touch screen display. They also get access to a built-in high-speed thermal printer that is capable of printing at a speed of 60mm/seconds on paper rolls having a diameter of 40mm. 

The point of sale tool device has a single SIM card slot and also offers a 1xType C OTG charging interface. Further, it supports the 4G version communication system along with EVDO/GSM/CDMA/FDD_LTE global bands support. Sunmi P1 is suitable for users who are involved in parking management, inventory, GST billing, canteen management and barcode scanning functions.

How does Sunmi P1 help its users to accept payments via card?

The device has a single PSAM ISO7816 certified card slot. It features a magnetic card reader that is capable of accepting four thousand bi-directional swipes. The smart card reader within the software can read up to two thousand cards. Further, users can also use Sunmi P1 as a contactless card reader.
